Hey Ladies!
My name is Angelica, I just want to start off by thanking you for visiting my website!
I started off with Architecture and graduated with bachelors from George Brown College. I always had a passion for fitness; I was part of a lot of soccer teams in Canada and USA. I have also worked with a lot of professional trainers and currently still have one!
Having such a BIG passion for fitness I ended up going back to school for personal training, I am CanFit Pro Certified PTS, CPR C Certified, Personal Training and Nutrition Cerification from Miami Dade College and I have been in the fitness industry for about 3 years and been a personal trainer for 2 years. I am always developing myself to become better by taking ongoing courses and extra certifications in different area of personal training.

One on One
The Beauty of One on One Trainer is having that one on one attention in achieving yours goals.
Sessions are 1hour in length, at the beginning we do a consult to talk about your goals and what you want to achieve, we also talk about your eating habits to help you get back on the right track! Did you know 80% of what you eat affects your exercise... it sure does.
We take measurements, weigh in, body fat % and we make sure it is being everyone 1-2 months!
Workout is a combination of cardio and weight training. As we progress we get into TRX Training and Libert Equializer! I always like to change it up so my clients don't get bored.
Got a Home Gym? or Equipment?
Not sure how to use it?
I teach clients on how to use there equipment one on one and teach them how to make a workout programs.
Believe it or not 80% of the population, don't know how to use equipment or are working out incorrectly and I am here to help fix that!
