Sessions are 1hour in length, at the beginning we do a consult to talk about your goals and what you want to achieve, we also talk about your eating habits to help you get back on the right track!
We take measurements, weigh in, body fat % and we make sure it is being everyone 1-2 months!

One on One - How to use Equipment
It's very important to learn how to use equpiment being a GYM rat I have noticed a lot of people are using equipment incorrectly.
Living in a Condo or Apartment and having a GYM is an amazing thing to have, so close and you don't need to leave. Not sure how to use it, let me show you how.
I provide a guide of how to start to your workout from begnning to end. Teach you how to use all the equipment stafely and properly to get on your way with your fitness goals.

Nutritional Seminars
Nutritional Seminars are a great way to learn to about basic nutrition, I love to follow the LOW GLYCEMIC Guide and it has helped me and others to help continue on with there fitness goals!
Seminars can be done in a group for a more intimate relationship or it can be done as a general public.
